Training performed in small groups under the constant supervision of the instructor. Adapted to the group’s capabilities and needs, along with properly selected nutrition. Group training significantly improves motivation in the majority of exercising people, thanks to which the achieved results are clearer.

We choose people with a similar purpose and similar possibilities, we set a convenient date for training and we meet regularly in the same group! The type of training is selected for the group depending on the purpose and training program.

Training together, especially in small groups, has almost all the advantages of individual training, and at the same time, it is simply more beneficial financially. In small groups, the trainer can control your technique on an ongoing basis, and the view of partners striving for the same goal is excellent motivation.

I love the group personal training and the spin classes are great too. the app makes booking classes so easy. there is always a great atmosphere in the gym.

  • I joined B2A few weeks back and hadn’t been to a gym in over two years. Really recommend this place. PTs are very friendly and patient. Atmosphere is good and the gym itself is topclass with showers also available. Definitely worth joining. It doesn’t matter if your just starting out or want to improve your fitness B2A is the place……!!
